You can confidently stack media cabinets up to nine drawers high. Safety interlocking drawers prevent tipping, levelers ensure stability and linking devices for stacking are provided. Key locks are standard. Optional media dividers and backstops, wheels, caddies, legs and tops are also available.
From a single cabinet you can confidently stack cabinets as required. Drawer dividers, index plates, and tops are also available. You can even put them on wheels! Can-Am media cabinets are part of a family of modular components. There are lots of different modules that can be stacked any which way for limitless design flexibility. There are stereo and computer modules, album and laser storage modules – even filing cabinets for hanging files.

 Our double length top takes two side-by-side stacks and joins them into one piece of furniture. It will also take the weight of heavy TVs and distribute it evenly to the cabinets below and provide a more resilient counter surface.

As soon as one drawer is opened, the other drawer or drawers in the cabinet are locked using a We wouldn't have it any other way. A fully loaded cabinet can weigh over 300 pounds.

 Stacked cabinets are inter-connected to provide even more safety against accidental tipping. Can-Am Cabinets are linked with C-Clamps that fit into holes found at the back of every cabinet, anchoring cabinets to each other. No tools are required. Safety clamps are included with every cabinet.

No one can use a drawer as a step ladder if they can’t open it. All locks are keyed alike. Black locks are used for black, brown, charcoal, navy, plum, or hunter green cabinets and silver locks for all others. Cabinets can be ordered without locks. |

Can-Am produces a Divider and Backstop system which creates rows for your media and keeps them in check even if the rows are not full.

Each drawer holds 270 CDs in conventional jewel cases - that's 810 CDs in a 3-Drawer cabinet, or 540 CDs in a 2-Drawer cabinet. Each drawer extends fully so you have access to each and every CD. When we say 270 CDs per drawer, we mean at least 270 CDs. For ultra-slim jewel cases, or sleeves, the capacity could increase to over 1000 CDs per DRAWER! For home or corporate use, you can’t get better than Can-Am. |

Each drawer holds 60 Videos in conventional packaging - that's 180 Videos in a single 3-Drawer cabinet, or 120 Videos in a 2-Drawer cabinet. Most oversized video packaging and clamshells fit in our drawers, which are six inches deep. If you stack 3 cabinets together, you could have over 500 Videos stored in little more than 3 feet of wall space, each protected from dust and locked up for peace of mind. |

2" and 3" legs support stacks of drawer cabinets up to 3 high.
4", 5", and 6" legs should be limited to stacks of no more than 2 high and a maximum weight of 350 lbs when loaded. 8" Metal Legs are also available, and are only for use with single cabinets. Legs can give your Can-Am cabinets lift and a bit more of a furniture feeling. Use them in conjunction with different height cabinets to achieve just the overall height you're looking for. Legs can also be used to level your base cabinet the same way the included cabinet leveling feet do. |

Can-Am media cabinets are equipped with safety interlocking drawers which allow only one drawer to open at a time, to prevent accidental tipping.
A lock is featured on all drawer cabinets for privacy and security. You may never use it, but it's sure nice to know it's there.
Can-Am cabinets are made of steel. Nothing is stronger than steel. A stack of cabinets full of CDs or DVDs could weigh over a thousand pounds.

Index Plates come with blank and alphabetic labels to get you there fast, and when you've got a serious collection, that's not something to take lightly.
WHEELS are rated for up to 350 pounds and add two inches in height. A set includes 2 locking and
2 non-locking wheels.
Legs replace the leveling feet on most cabinets, and come in wood (LEGSW) or metal (LEGSM).
